At Turtlebin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Digital Products — General Policy

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. However, we do offer refunds in specific circumstances.

2. Eligible for Refund

  • The product does not work as described and we are unable to fix it within 7 days.
  • You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
  • The product was not delivered to your account after confirmed payment.
  • Major features described on the product page are missing or non-functional.

3. Not Eligible for Refund

  • You changed your mind after downloading the product.
  • You do not have the technical skills to use the product (we provide documentation and support).
  • You purchased the wrong product (please check product details before purchasing).
  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
  • The product has already been used on a live website.
